Tuition Fees
Admission Fees: Admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Enrollment Fees: Enrollment/Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Tuition Fees:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration.
Refunds will not be granted once the academic term has commenced.
Tuition fees will be refunded after deducting one month’s tuition fees, subject to school management approval.
Extracurricular Activities and Event Fees
Fees for extracurricular activities, events, or workshops may be refundable if the activity/event is canceled by the school.
Refund requests for student-initiated cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date and are subject to school management approval.
Other Payments
Transport Fees:
No refund will be granted once the academic session begins.
Refunds will be granted on a prorated basis if transport services are canceled by the parent or guardian with prior notice before the start of the academic session.
Transport fees will be refunded after deducting one month’s transport fees, subject to school management approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds by school management will be processed within 15 business working days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a cheque, depending on the circumstances. This will be exclusively handed over to parents or legal guardians.
Special Circumstances
Refunds in extraordinary or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be required and will be reviewed at the discretion of the school management.
All decisions will be final.
